    摘要:

    近年来内河船舶数量呈上升趋势,内河污染问题愈发引起社会各界关注。水丰水库作为内河分支,且作为东北地区最大水库和电站,其污染方面的防治问题是尤为重要的,本研究为评估当前水丰水库渔船污染潜在风险情况,创新性的引用了层次分析法和熵权法的组合计算方法;同时在设置水丰水库风险评估指标过程中,充分结合实际情况构建出了评估指标体系,并将各级指标进行计算,所得结果表明:当前水丰水库整体环境优秀,主要存在少量监管不到位以及居民认识不足等问题,并提出了相应管理措施。本研究可为水丰水库未来环境发展提供参考。[中国渔业质量与标准,2024,14(2):35-42]

    Abstract:

    In recent years, the number of ships in inland rivers has been on the rise, and the problem of inland river pollution has attracted widespread attention from all sectors of society. As a branch of the inland river and the largest reservoir and power station in Northeast China, the prevention and control of pollution in Shuifeng Reservoir is particularly important. To evaluate the potential risk of fishing boat pollution in Shuifeng Reservoir, this article innovatively uses a combination calculation method of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy Weight Method; At the same time, in the process of setting risk assessment indicators for Shuifeng Reservoir, a comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed based on the actual situation, and various levels of indicators are calculated. The final results show that for the current overall pollution situation of Shuifeng Reservoir, there are mainly problems such as a small amount of supervision and insufficient awareness among residents, and corresponding measures have been taken. This study can provide reference for the future environmental development of Shuifeng Reservoir.[Chinese Fishery Quality and Standards,2024,14(2):35-42]
