海水中酰胺类除草剂及其代谢物的测定

    摘要:

    方法采用气相色谱-质谱法测定海水中酰胺类除草剂及其代谢物。海水样品过滤后用自动固相萃取仪过HLB柱,经HLB柱富集、净化后,用3 mL正己烷溶液洗脱,采用气相色谱质谱仪选择离子监测模式(SIM)对洗脱液进行检测,采用外标法对目标物定量。该方法中2-甲基-6-乙基苯胺(MEA)、2,6-二乙基苯胺(DEA)、异丙甲草胺的检出限均为6.0 ng/L,定量限均为15 ng/L;甲草胺、乙草胺、丙草胺、丁草胺的检出限均为12 ng/L,定量限均为30 ng/L。MEA、DEA、异丙甲草胺的线性范围为1.0~25 μg/L,甲草胺、乙草胺、丙草胺、丁草胺的线性范围为2.0~50 μg/L,方法相对标准偏差为5.3%~9.5%,加标回收率为68.7%~103%。该方法分析速度快、灵敏度高,满足药物残留检测的要求,可用于海水中酰胺类除草剂及其代谢物的检测。

    Abstract:

    A method was established for the determination of amide herbicides and their metabolites in seawater by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). After filtration, the samples were passed through the HLB columns by automatic solid phase extraction, enriched and purified by HLB columns. Then eluted with 3 mL n-hexane solution. Ion Monitoring Mode (SIM) was selected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to detect the eluent, and external standard method was used to quantify the target substance. The experimental results showed that good linearities for monoethanolamine(MEA), 2,6-Diethylaniline(DEA), and metolachlor existed in the range of 1.0-25 μg/L with their detection limit and quantization limit were 6.0 ng/L and 12 ng/L.
