北部湾海域不同地理群体西施舌表型性状的相关性与通径分析

    摘要:

    采集北部湾海域湛江、北海、东兴和防城港4个不同地理群体西施舌,测量其壳长(SL)、壳高(SH)、壳宽(SW)、前缘长(AL)、后缘长(GL)、活体质量(BM)、壳质量(SM)和软体质量(SPM)。利用相关分析、通径分析和多元回归分析方法研究各表型性状与软体质量的关系,同时计算各群体西施舌的鲜出肉率。实验结果如下:不同地理群体西施舌各表型性状变异系数不同,湛江、北海、东兴三个群体均为壳长变异系数最小:分别是4.952、5.822、2.365;湛江群体壳质量变异系数最大(23.297);北海群体软体质量变异系数最大(21.977);东兴群体活体质量变异系数最大(10.885);防城港群体活体质量变异系数最大(19.223),壳高变异系数最小(4.877)。比较4个不同地理群体西施舌平均鲜出肉率,防城港群体出肉率最高,达到44.982%,东兴群体的出肉率最低,为36.713%。不同地理群体西施舌各性状间的相关系数较多呈现显著相关(P<0.05)或极显著相关(P<0.01)。湛江群体西施舌壳长和壳宽是影响软体质量的主要表型性状;北海群体壳高和前缘长是影响软体质量的主要表型性状;东兴群体后缘长是影响软体质量的主要表型性状;防城港群体壳长是影响软体质量的主要表型性状。剔除偏回归系数不显著的表型性状,保留对软体质量有显著影响的表型性状,建立最优回归方程,其中,湛江群体,mZJ=-14.037+0.246SL+0.296SW;北海群体,mBH=-51.555+1.740SH-0.723AL;东兴群体,mDX=-15.597+0.668GL;防城港群体,mFCG=-51.500+0.955SL。该研究为西施舌人工养殖、生物学研究及选择育种提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    Coelomactra antiquata were collected from four different geographical groups in the Beibu Gulf, including Zhanjiang, Beihai, Dongxing and Fangchenggang, in order to measure shell length (SL), shell height (SH), shell width (SW), leading edge length (AL), trailing edge length (GL), living body mass (BM), shell mass (SM) and soft part mass (SPM). Using correlation analysis, path analysis and multiple regression analysis methods to study the relationship between phenotypic traits and soft part mass, while calculating the fresh meat yield of Coelomactra antiquata in each population.The experimental results are as follows: The coefficient of variation for various phenotypic traits of Coelomactra antiquata varies among different geographic populations.Zhanjiang, Beihai and Dongxing groups have the smallest shell length variation coefficient: 4.9552,5.822 and 2.365 respectively; Zhanjiang population has the largest shell mass variation coefficient (23.297); the largest coefficient of soft mass variation (21.977); the largest coefficient of variation (10.885);The coefficient of variation of living body mass of Fangchenggang population is the highest (19.223), and the coefficient of variation of shell height is the lowest (4.877). Comparing the average fresh meat yield of Coelomactra antiquata among four different geographical groups, the Fangchenggang group had the highest fresh meat yield ( 44.982%), while the Dongxing group had the lowest fresh meat yield ( 36.713%).There are significant correlation coefficients (P<0.05) or extremely significant correlation (P<0.01) between the various traits of Coelomactra antiquata in different geographical populations.The shell length and shell width of Coelomactra antiquata in Zhanjiang population are the main phenotypic traits that affect the soft part mass.The shell height and leading edge length of the Beihai population are the main phenotypic traits that affect the mass of the soft part mass. The trailing edge length of the Dongxing population is the main phenotypic trait that affects the soft part mass. The shell length of the Fangchenggang population is the main phenotypic trait that affects the soft part mass. After excluding phenotypic traits with insignificant partial regression coefficients and retaining phenotypic traits that have a significant impact on soft part mass, the optimal regression equation was established: Zhanjiang population, mZJ=-14.037+0.246SL+0.296SW, Beihai group, mBH=-51.555+1.740SH-0.723AL, Dongxing group, mDX=-15.597+0.668GL,Fangchenggang group, mFCG=-51.500+0.955SL.This study provides a theoretical basis for artificial culture, biological research, and selective breeding of Coelomactra antiquata.
