    摘要:

    本研究对 2017—2022 年罗非鱼质量安全与营养品质学科主要研究机构、文献、专利及标准发布等情况进行统计和分析。研究发现近年来罗非鱼在生物危害物检测、农兽药残留检测、重金属检测及不同条件引起罗非鱼品质变化等方面研究较多,但在生物毒素、危害因子风险评估、功能性营养因子分析及罗非鱼品质评价与分等分级方面的研究较少。现阶段应加强罗非鱼质量安全与营养品质指标体系的构建,制定和完善相关标准,进而加强罗非鱼研究体系与标准体系建设,提升国际市场风险的主动防控能力。本研究明确罗非鱼质量安全与营养品质学科研究现状、发展趋势及今后需重点关注的领域,为科研人员掌握领域研究基础及研究方向提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In this study, the main research institutions, literature, patents and standards of tilapia quality safety and nutritional quality from 2017 to 2022 were statistically analyzed. It was found that in recent years, there are more studies on tilapia in the aspects of biohazard detection, pesticide and veterinary drug residue detection, heavy metal detection and quality changes caused by different conditions, but there are fewer studies on biotoxins, hazard factor risk assessment, functional nutrition factor analysis and quality evaluation and grading of tilapia. At this stage, the construction of tilapia quality safety and nutritional quality indicator system should be strengthened and relevant standards should be formulated and improved to strengthen the construction of tilapia research system and standard system, and enhance the active prevention and control ability of international market risks. This study clarified the current research status, development trend and future focus areas of tilapia quality safety and nutritional quality, and provided reference for researchers to understand the research basis and the research direction.
