    摘要:

    水产品质量安全标准体系是水产品质量安全监管和提升水产品市场竞争力的重要抓手。本研究从残留限量、检测方法、产品质量等角度梳理了中国现有水产品质量安全标准建设情况,发现目前水产品质量安全标准体系存在安全限量标准数量和涵盖养殖种类不足、限用药物和农药类检测方法标准不全面、投入品和养殖环境类标准亟待修订等问题,并从规范渔用化学药物的管理、全产业链构建质量安全标准体系、完善残留限量、建立水产品质量安全和分等分级标准等方面阐述了水产品质量安全技术标准制修订研究方向和内容。[中国渔业质量与标准,2023,13(5):53-66]

    Abstract:

    The aquatic product quality and safety standard system is an important tool for the supervision of aquatic product quality and safety and the enhancement of the competitiveness of the aquatic product market. This paper sorts out the construction of existing aquatic product quality and safety standards in China from the perspectives of residue limits, determination methods, and product quality.It analyzes the deficiency of the current aquatic product quality and safety standard system in the number of safety limit standards and the coverage of aquaculture species, the incompleteness determination methods for restricted drugs and pesticides, and the urgent need to revise the standards for inputs and aquaculture environment. In addition, the research direction and content for the formulation and revision of technical standards for aquatic product quality and safety were expounded from the aspects of standardizing fishery chemical management, building a quality and safety standard system in the whole industry chain, improving residue limits, and establishing grading standards for aquatic product quality and safety.
