    摘要:

    依据JJF.1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,对气相色谱法测定水产品中氯霉素残留量的不确定度来源,从标准溶液、样品称量、标准曲线、样品定容、仪器测定重复性和样品前处理等6个方面进行评定。结果显示,测定结果的不确定度主要来源于样品前处理和标准曲线,其中样品前处理的不确定度贡献最大。该研究为利用气相色谱法测量水产品中氯霉素残留量,减少不确定度和提高测量准确性提供了参考和依据。

    Abstract:

    The uncertainty evaluation for determination of chloramphenicol residue in aquatic products by gas chromatography was carried out according to the method described in Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (JJF.1059.1—2012). Six aspects of measurement uncertainty were evaluated, including standard solution, weighing of sample, sample pretreatment, and the measurement repeatability of the equipment.The results showed that the measurement uncertainty was mainly due to sample pretreatment and standard curves, and in which the sample pretreatment was the biggest factor affecting uncertainty.
