    摘要:总结了当前海参产业的发展现状,剖析了海参养殖环节存在安全隐患,指出了海参加工环节出现的主要质量安全问题,提出了相应的对策和建议,以期为提高我国海参产品质量提供有益参考。[中国渔业质量与标准,2012,2(4):57-60]

    Abstract:

    AbstractSea cucumber industry status was summarized in this paper.  The  potential hazards during the culture stage were revealed and safety issues during  and the processing staged were also pointed out. The corresponding countermeasures were put forward. This paper was a critical review and was meant to provide references for relevant management strategies and policy choices, with the aim of improving the product quality of sea cucumber.
