    摘要利用铬()和二苯碳酰二肼显色反应,溶液在540nm波长处有最大吸光值,且显色程度与铬()浓度线性相关的相关原理,建立了一种监测水中六价铬含量的流动注射分析方法。研究发现,在设定的最佳条件下,单个样品分析时间为133s,测定频率为27/hCr)浓度在0 ~400.0 μg/L 范围内与显色程度有良好的线性关系,线性方程为y=0.125 5x-0.004 01,相关系数r0. 999 98,相对标准偏差RSD0.59%,该法的检出限是0.4 μg/L,加标回收率在91.0% ~108%。结果表明,本研究建立的流动注射分析方法具有简单、快速、灵敏、选择性强、实用性强等特点,适合实验室大量样品的检测,可用于监控渔业水域水质中六价铬的含量。[中国渔业质量与标准,201224):000-000]

    Abstract:

    Abstract: The study aimed to establish a flow injection analysis ( FIA) detection method of chromium () in water samples. Chromium () can cause a color reaction with the diphenyl carbazideDPC—which has the maximum absorption wavelength at 540 nm and there was a linear relationship between the degree of color and chromium () concentration. The time used for a single sample analysis was 133s and frequency of determination was 27 samples / h. The range of measurement was from 0μg/L to 400.0μg/L and the regression equation was y=0.1255x-0.00401with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 98. The detection limits of the method was 0.4 μg/L.The relative standard deviation ( RSD) was 0.59% and the recovery of standard addition in water sample was 91.0% —108 %. This FIA detection method of chromium () was a simpleaccurate and highly selective method, especially suitable for laboratory detection of a large number of samples, with practicality.
