With the aquaculture and processing technology of Apostichopus japonicus in China becoming more and more mature, at present, a variety of aquaculture modes have been formed. The type of products is diverse, and the industry has a vigorous development trend. At the same time, there are also some potential risks in terms of quality and safety.
