    为实现海水养殖尾水中低浓度磷酸盐的吸附去除,采用水热法制备了金属有机框架(MOFs)材料MIL-100(Fe),并使用羟基氧化铁(FeOOH)对MIL-100(Fe)进行修饰,制备出MOFs负载FeOOH复合材料FeOOH-MIL-100(Fe),考察了FeOOH-MIL-100(Fe)对水中活性磷酸盐的吸附去除效果。研究结果表明,所合成的FeOOH-MIL-100(Fe)具有八面体结构,结晶良好,尺寸约为1.5 μm。当水中磷酸盐浓度为0.50 mg/L时,60 min后FeOOH- MIL-100(Fe)对水中磷酸盐的吸附去除率达到98%以上,表明金属有机框架复合材料可实现对水中低浓度磷酸盐的高效去除。FeOOH-MIL-100(Fe)对磷酸盐的吸附过程符合Langmuir等温线,可用准二级动力学方程拟合,表明FeOOH-MIL-100(Fe)对磷酸盐的吸附是由化学吸附主导的单分子层吸附。应用于红鳍东方鲀(Takifugu rubripes)工厂化养殖尾水处理,FeOOH-MIL-100(Fe)可高效去除尾水中的活性磷酸盐,实现海水养殖尾水中活性磷酸盐的达标排放。[中国渔业质量与标准,2022,12(3):01-08]

    Abstract:

    In order to remove the low-concentration phosphate in mariculture tailwater, metal-organic framework (MOFs) material of MIL-100(Fe) was prepared by hydrothermal method. MIL-100(Fe) was then modified using hydroxyl iron oxide (FeOOH) to prepare the MOFs-loaded FeOOH composite material, labeled as FeOOH-MIL-100(Fe). The adsorption and removal effect of FeOOH-MIL-100(Fe) on reactive phosphate in water was investigated. The results showed that the synthesized FeOOH-MIL-100(Fe) possessed a well-crystallized octahedral structure with a size of about 1.5 μm. When the phosphate concentration in water was 0.50 mg/L, the adsorption removal rate of 98% for phosphate in water was obtained by FeOOH-MIL-100(Fe) after 60 min, indicated that the metal-organic frame composite material could achieve efficient removal of low concentration phosphate in water. The adsorption process of FeOOH-MIL-100 (Fe) to phosphate conformed to the Langmuir isotherm, which could be fitted with pseudo-second order kinetic equation, indicating that the adsorption of phosphate by FeOOH-MIL-100(Fe) was a single-molecular layer adsorption dominated by chemical adsorption. In the treatment for aquaculture tailwater of Takifugu rubripes, FeOOH-MIL-100(Fe) could efficiently remove the reactive phosphate in the tailwater to achieve up-to-standard discharge of reactive phosphate in tailwater of marine aquaculture.[Chinese Fishery Quality and Standards, 2022, 12(3):01-08]
