    摘要:

     己烯雌酚和双烯雌酚是结构相近的人工合成雌激素,曾广泛应用于妇科疾病的治疗和动物生长的促进,但如果长期使用则会对人体产生明显的毒害作用。本文详细阐述了己烯雌酚和双烯雌酚对水生生物和哺乳动物的影响,及其在环境和生物样品中残留量测定的预处理方法和仪器分析方法,并展望了己烯雌酚和双烯雌酚的研究方向,旨在为建立更加高效、安全、环保和便捷的己烯雌酚和双烯雌酚分析方法提供参考。[中国渔业质量与标准,2014,4(5):40-48]

    Abstract:

     Diethylstilbestrol and dienestrol are structurally similar synthetic estrogens, which are widely used in the treatment of gynecological diseases and once used in livestock industry as growth promoters. But long-term use of them can cause obvious toxic hazard to human. This study elaborated the influence of diethylstilbestrol and dienestrol on aquatic organisms and mammals. Pretreatment methods and instrumental analysis methods in the determination of diethylstilbestrol and dienestrol were also summarized. The research interests of the two analytes were also prospected in our work. It would be a good reference for safer and simpler, as well as more efficient and eco-friendly analytical methods of diethylstilbestrol and dienestrol.[Chinese Fishery Quality and Standards, 2014, 4(5):40-48]
