    摘要:

    为推动现场快速检测产品在水产品药物残留监管领域的应用,对3种市售的用于检测水产品中3-氨基-2-恶唑烷酮(AOZ)、氨基脲(SEM)、3-氨基-5-吗琳代甲基-2-恶唑烷酮(AMOZ)、1-氨基-乙丙酰脲(AHD) 4种硝基呋喃类代谢物残留的国产胶体金快速检测产品的假阳性率、假阴性率、检出率及稳定性等指标进行验证。验证结果显示,有1种产品能100%准确检测出84个鱼糜样品中是否残留AOZ、SEM、AMOZ、AHD,且2个不同批次产品的检测结果一致;另外2种产品出现假阳性结果,且2个不同批号间产品的稳定性有差异。快速检测产品作为质量安全监管工具,在投入使用前,有必要对其最低检出限、假阳性率、假阴性率、稳定性等参数进行验证。[中国渔业质量与标准,2013,3(2):73-79]
     

    Abstract:

    To improve the application of rapid detection products of nitrofuran metabolites residue in the field of aquatic food safety supervision, three kinds of rapid detection products which were used to detect the residue of nitrofuran metabolites were tested and evaluated. The false positive rate (FPR), false negative rate (FNR), and the lowest detectable limit (LDL) were tested by using 84 fish samples. The results showed that only product A could detect the characters of 84 fish samples exactly, and there was no difference between the two results when different batch of products A were used. Both product B and C detected the false positive samples, and the FPR of product B and C were different when different batch of the two products were used.
