    摘要:

    水产加工品原料鉴定具有重要的现实意义,该项研究对建立水产加工品的原料甄别技术,防止以低值鱼冒充高 值鱼,促进公平贸易,维护消费者与生产者的利益具有重要作用。本文综述了国内外以分子生物学技术鉴定水产加 工品的研究进展,分析了不同鉴定方法的优缺点,并举例说明了其应用情况,讨论了该领域面临的挑战,并对未来重 点发展方向进行了展望。[中国渔业质量与标准,2013,3(1):33 -39]
     

    Abstract:

    The identification of processed aquatic product species has an important and practical meaning. It has sig¬nificant impact on international commerce,establishment of the standard methods of aquatic product species identifica¬tion ,and protection of the right of consumers. This review focused on the progress of molecular methods for processed aquatic product species identification. The advantage and the disadvantage of different methods were analyzed and 
    their application in different processed aquatic product was presented. The challenges and prospects of the trend of re¬search in the future were also discussed. ' Chinese Fishery Quality and Standards,2013,3 (1) :33 -39]
