    摘要:

    水产品中重金属含量是否超标问题受到了全社会广泛的关注。传统检测方法仪器笨重、价格昂贵、操作程序复杂且需要专业操作人员,急需发展廉价、操作简便、准确可靠的水产品中重金属快速检测技术。电化学生物传感器是近些年重金属快速检测方法的热点研究领域,也是快速检测方法中重要前沿研究领域之一。目前,在电化学生物传感器现场检测水样品中重金属领域已有大量的前瞻性研究报道,而在水产品样品快速检测领域则报道较少。本文综述了国内外电化学生物传感器检测重金属的发展现状及研究进展,以期为水产品重金属快速检测方法的研究提供参考

    Abstract:

    It has been highly concerned if the heavy metals content in aquatic products exceed the national food security standard. Currently, the traditional analytical techniques which used for heavy metals content detection rely on huge instrument, high cost and complicated operation. Thus, it is urgent to develop new rapid heavy metals detection methods which should be easily handled, cost effective and having good precision. In recent years, electrochemical biosensor is a hot research field of rapid detection of heavy metals, and it is also one of the most important frontier research fields in rapid detection method. Now, it is widely reported that electrochemical biosensors are used for on-site detection of heavy metals in water sample, but their use for heavy metals detection in aquatic products is rarely reported. This review summarized the current development and research progress in heavy metals detection using electrochemical biosensors both at home and abroad, which may provide reference for researchers who work in rapid detection method for heavy metals in aquatic products.
